We were to take an old project or create something simple and make an animation in 3ds Max. It had to be a specific length, have a particular set of cuts, and have at least one animated object. I made an ad for the "Flow dining chair", using existing chair models but building a simple warehouse-studio setup. My animated object is the sun, casting a moving light over the different chairs.
We then got to choose between Adobe Aftereffects and Premiere Pro for editing, I opted for After Effects as I had already worked in Premiere Pro in previous education.
I'm not particularly happy about the result. I had problems with speed and pacing, and I believe the result is a bit flat. I have a lot more to learn in this area.
