Assignment:
Find a genuine real estate ad for a home in need of renovation. Using photos and floor plans from the ad, create a visualization that shows the home’s potential.
My chosen client group was "done with family and the big villa, ready for something smaller". We had to keep the renovation budget moderate and keep the house type and location in mind. We were not allowed to change the size or placement of windows/doors/walls.

Made by me: Walls, floors, ceiling, stairs, trims
Imported: Windows (edited texture), fireplace, kitchen cabinets (modified by me)
